Artist and Baltimore native Chris Vance joins us.
Coming from his appearance in the Draw Off at Granite State comic con in 2022, Chris is just revealing two new covers for the Lost Years to us!
This episode was pulled from the livestream on 03/16/23 where Chris was able to reveal the new images to his cover for The Lost Years #3 and his Inker is former schoolmate Sophie Campbell! (what an on air revelation that was!)
Chris talks about his exposure to early TMNT books and his artwork as a whole, and just where his inspiration comes from.
A very Maryland Pizza recipe with Pizza Time as well.

Welcome!
Thanks for stopping by my page! I am Chris, an up and coming comic artist who wants to share my my journey with you!
Growing up in Maryland, I loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles above all. Kevin Eastman's and Peter Laird's determination and drive, helped give me the same passion to draw and create. As the turtles grew and changed over the years, so did my passion and willingness to keep creating, so here we are!
Reading comics has always been a favorite past time of mine, as they deliver you into different worlds and universes, meet new species with wild adventures. THAT is what I want to bring to all of you.
Recently, I was able to achieve one of the many comic-related aspirations, an officially published TMNT Cover. Currently, I am working on the newest volume and adaptation, of Jim Lawsons brain-child "Dragonfly". Jim sold the IP a couple of years ago, and when a good friend, Wes Briggs, approached me to do the art, I could not even think of turning it down.
Thank you for stopping by my page and I cannot wait to be able to start sharing my art with you all!
See You Soon!
